FAQs

Is coaching right for me if I’m feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start?

Yes. Many people come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, tired, or unclear about what they need. You don’t have to have it figured out before starting. Coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, sort through what feels heavy, and begin gaining clarity at your own pace.

What can I expect from a free discovery session?

The free 30-minute discovery session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s coming up for you, and explore what next steps feel right for you. There’s no obligation — it’s simply a space to ask questions and feel things out.

What is A Cup of Clarity and how is it different from ongoing coaching?

A Cup of Clarity is a 90-minute initial coaching session designed to create space, insight, and grounding. It’s a deeper, more spacious conversation where we slow things down and focus on what matters most right now. Some people find this session alone very helpful, while others choose to continue with ongoing support.

Do I need prior experience with coaching or plant medicine to participate?

No prior experience is needed. All of my offerings are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn are all you need.

What is the Plant Medicine Masterclass, and who is it designed for?

The Plant Medicine Masterclass is a two-day, in-person educational experience that offers a grounded introduction to aromatherapy and plant medicine. It’s designed for those who feel curious about plant medicine and want to learn how to use plants to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. The class is created in a thoughtful, supportive, and hands-on environment. You will learn how essential oils are made, chosen, applied,  and integrated into daily life.

Is the Plant Medicine Masterclass a certification, and what does that mean?

Yes. The Plant Medicine Masterclass includes Aromatherapy Level 1 certification through Wisdom of the Earth. This certification represents a foundational level of education in aromatherapy and plant medicine and is designed for personal learning, education, and informed use.

Upon certification, participants are eligible to receive 22% off Wisdom of the Earth products, allowing for continued learning and exploration beyond the class. The knowledge gained through this training can support personal wellness practices and offer meaningful ways to share plant medicine education with family, friends, and clients in an informed and responsible way.

This certification is educational in nature and does not qualify participants to provide medical treatment or clinical services.

How do your Community Circles differ from Events or Classes?

Community Circles are ongoing, relational gatherings focused on connection, shared experience, and reflection. Events and classes are time-specific offerings that focus more on education, skill-building, or seasonal themes. Both are supportive, but they serve different purposes.

How do I know which offering—coaching, classes, or circles—is the right fit for me?

You don’t have to decide on your own. The free discovery session is a great place to talk through what you’re needing and explore which option might feel most supportive right now. You’re also always welcome to reach out with questions.

How can I get in touch if I have questions or want help deciding?

You can reach out anytime using the contact form or email link on the site. I’m happy to answer any questions, offer guidance, or help you think through what support might be most helpful for you.

What makes your approach to coaching different from traditional coaching or therapy?

My approach to coaching is deeply relationship-focused — centered on how you relate to yourself, others, and the patterns that shape your everyday life. Rather than focusing on fixing or diagnosing, coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your relationships and choices.

Coaching focuses on the present moment and is forward-thinking, offering gentle guidance, awareness, and practical tools to help you create healthier communication, boundaries, and connection. My role is to walk alongside you as a supportive guide, helping you build clarity, confidence, and more meaningful relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.
